This is an adaptation of the 2018 German Game of the Year Expert Category winner, 'Quacksalber,' designed for two players. Use nine different colored ingredients effectively to guide patients into your tent using a tug-of-war mechanic, and sometimes use effects that directly influence your opponent, aiming to treat more patients than your opponent.

In each round, players create their own potion bags through 'bag building,' drawing ingredients (chips) randomly from the bag to brew potions. However, drawing too many risky ingredients can cause the potion bottle to burst, adding a game of risk and reward that can determine the winner.

Deciding whether to steadily advance patients or take risks to quickly reach the goal is the most fun and exciting part of this duel.
