Exchange and Return Information
Contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the product and send it to the return address within 7 days.
The exchange and return shipping fee of KRW 6,000 is the customer’s responsibility.
For returns due to product defects or incorrect shipment, shipping costs are paid by the seller.
Include the exchange or return shipping fee with the product or deposit it into Nonghyup account 301-0257-0155-21.
