They are commonly used to improve the functioning of the digestive tract. The seeds of all flax varieties contain a wealth of bioactive substances that have a beneficial effect on our body, which is why they are classified as superfoods.

Application in a gluten-free, vegetarian, paleo or low-carbohydrate diet:
