GS flashes feature a flash energy adjustment range of 5 aperture stops (1/1 – 1/32, with an accuracy of 0.1 EV). Furthermore, thanks to their modern design, they charge quickly even at full flash energy (<1s).

At minimum power, they achieve a very short flash duration of only 1/2000s (t=0.1), which allows for comfortable shooting during dynamic sessions. The color temperature of the flash is 5600K and, depending on the set flash energy, it can vary within the range of ±200K.

Thanks to the power regulation from 1/32 to 1/1 and the short charging time, the lamp is a universal choice for amateur and more advanced sessions. The flash has a 150W modeling light bulb whose brightness can be set proportionally to mimic the effects of a flash power setting for pre-visualization, or manually adjusted from 5%-100% or simply turned off.

The built-in X System receiver allows for remote flash triggering, flash power control, and mode switching. Additionally, the Gemini GS is equipped with a USB port for connecting XT16, FT-16, or X1 TTL receivers.

It is also possible to use the 3.5mm jack socket and connect the flash to triggers from other brands.

The rear panel of the flash is simple, clear, and functional. The LCD screen showing the flash settings is easy to read, even from a wide angle. Next to it is a handy knob for adjusting the flash output, changing the radio communication channel, and changing the flash group.

A series of five buttons located under the LCD screen provides quick access to all settings and functions of the lamp.

The lamp can be used with a wide range of light modifiers, such as: reflectors, softboxes, spotlights, beauty dishes, and others equipped with a Bowens-type accessory mount.
