Features:
1. Aluminum alloy casing: Assists in heat dissipation, resists wear and pressure, continuously protects the hard drive, ensures more stable read/write operations, and helps extend the ssd's lifespan.
2. Driver-free installation: The adapter box requires no additional driver installation and is compatible with operating systems such as windows and linux.
3. Interface conversion capability: This device can convert m.2 pcie nvme ssds to u.2 sff-8639 interfaces, effortlessly transforming m.2 nvme drives into u.2 interfaces.
4. Protocol support: Only pcie signals and nvme protocols are supported; sas or sata signals are not supported. Therefore, ensure that the connection is made to the pcie channel, not the sata channel.
5. Wide compatibility: This interface is a composite interface, which can be used with both u.2 and u.3 (sff-8639) interfaces, as well as sas interfaces, but cannot be used simultaneously.
Parameters:
Product name: m.2 to u.2 adapter board
Type: with/without housing (optional)
Product dimensions: 95*65mm
Supported hard drives: m.2 nvme, m.2 ngff
Slot: u.2 (sff-8639)
System: Windows 8/10/linux
Features: easily convert m.2 nvme drives to u.2 interface with a fully enclosed aluminum alloy structure, offering aesthetics, dustproofing, and excellent heat dissipation
Note:
1.The u.2 interface is neither usb 2.0 nor sata
2.The u.2 interface, also known as sff-8639, is an interface specification introduced by the solid state drive form factor work group. U.2 not only supports the sata express standard but is also compatible with sas and sata standards. Therefore, it can be regarded as a four-channel version of the sata express interface, with a theoretical bandwidth of up to 32gbps, making it indistinguishable from the m.2 interface.
