Twin dragons are born, and destinies intertwine.

Two nations, Azral and Byrion, are on the path to destruction. Amidst the crisis of their end, a Rathalos, thought to be extinct, is born from an unearthed egg.

What seemed like a glimmer of hope is short-lived; the birth of the Rathalos plunges people from hope into despair. The twin Rathalos that are born are the same azure-scaled twin dragons that were considered symbols of ill omen during the civil war 200 years ago.

The environment continues to deteriorate, and monsters are on the brink of extinction. The ominous shadow finally appears in both nations as a sign of renewed war. Two nations, twin Rathalos. What truth will the Rider, bound to Rathalos by a bond, uncover amidst the torrent of fate...?
