Hollow pipe: There is a hole at the outlet end, which can blow air inward from the pipe hole.

Blind pipe: There is no hole at the outlet end, and blind pipes can be selected for stoves without blowers.

Please avoid direct contact between heating elements and protective tubes, solid fuels, or ash. All contact should be strictly avoided. The metal protective tube should be kept at least 3mm away from the heating . If this is not followed, it may cause local overheating of the gap between the steel pipe and the heating , which may damage the heating or significantly reduce the rated life of the igniter.

Installation conditions for heating tube igniter:

1. The anti-fracture protection of the heater should use high-temperature resistant metal pipes (iron or stainless steel, recommended thickness ≥ 2mm). We suggest prioritizing the use of iron.

2. The steady-state temperature reached by the heater is approximately 950-1050 °C. For long-term service life, a forced cooling air blower is not required, but sufficient ambient temperature air flow (flow rate 20.2~2m '/min) should be ensured to avoid overheating.

3. The heater should be powered on for no more than 3 minutes, and the power can be cut off when the fuel is exposed to an open flame.

4. Special recommendation: Introducing a cleaning phase in the automatic ignition program of the controller board can optimize the performance and rated life of the igniter. For example, a simple cleaning phase, using a high-speed fan to blow air for 30 seconds before the ignition phase, can ensure that the protective tube and heater remain clean without dust and other combustion residues at all times.
