Assembly instructions:
1.After receiving the battery pack and power bank kit, input the charging test before installing the battery, check the status of the display screen, confirm that the display screen can light up, and then proceed with the battery installation steps.
2.There are clear+(positive) and - (negative) markings inside the battery compartment. The top of the compartment is marked with+, corresponding to the positive pole of the battery, and the bottom of the compartment is marked with -, corresponding to the negative pole of the battery. Two batteries are installed in parallel, and the positive and negative poles must be checked before installing the batteries.
3. The motherboard is equipped with anti reverse protection. If the battery is reversed, it will not be able to turn on and charge/discharge. Short term reverse installation will not directly burn the board, but it is strictly prohibited to store batteries in reverse or series for a long time, as it will cause protection failure and damage to the circuit. If the battery is burned, it will not support after-sales .
4. It is normal for the screen to not light up when the battery is first installed. The motherboard requires input or output charging to activate. After charging is activated, the screen can display the battery level normally.
5. 21700 batteries of different s and capacities may have slight differences in actual size. Some batteries fit perfectly without shaking, while a few batteries with smaller diameters may loosen after installation, resulting in poor contact and power outages. We provide a matching sponge adhesive with the box, which can be attached to the inside of the battery slide cover to increase thickness, tighten the battery, solve the problem of battery looseness, and ensure stable contact between the spring pieces.
6. Please make sure to use 21700 batteries with intact outer skin, normal voltage, and qualified internal resistance for installation. Many dismantled batteries from old equipment or batteries that have been idle for a long time generally have problems such as excessive internal resistance, capacity decay, and unstable voltage. These batteries have normal external voltage but high internal resistance, and the voltage cannot be seen to be a problem when idle without load. Once high-power output, fast charging of mobile phones, and high current discharge are started, the high internal resistance battery's carrying capacity is insufficient, and the instantaneous voltage drop is too large. If the motherboard detects abnormal voltage, the battery will jump to zero and stop outputting directly, resulting in a situation where it will be used for a while
The situation of being disconnected, unable to discharge continuously, and unable to charge quickly.
7. When the battery is first installed, the digital display of the battery level may not be accurate, and the motherboard cannot instantly recognize the true capacity and remaining power of the battery. The initial installation is only a default estimate, and it will return to normal after a few cycles of discharge and charging. The battery needs to be recalibrated every time it is reinstalled.
Instructions for use:
1. Regarding the issue of activating mobile fast charging, there is a distinction between public and private protocols for mobile fast charging. This motherboard uses an intelligent fast charging chip that is compatible with mainstream public fast charging protocols in the market and can meet the fast charging needs of different s of phones. Before placing an order, please confirm whether your phone is compatible with public protocols to avoid triggering fast charging! If you don't understand, you can contact customer to send the phone model number, and we will help check the compatibility of the fast charging protocol of the phone.
2. Regarding the issue of charging and heating, when the motherboard is in operation, the current passes through the motherboard, and there will be energy conversion losses, which will be dissipated in the form of heat. During fast charging, the power is high and the heating is more obvious, which is a normal physical phenomenon. This product has a non welding spring structure, which has a higher contact resistance than the welded version, and the temperature is naturally higher, which is a normal structural characteristic. If used with a high internal resistance battery, the overall heating of the machine will be significantly aggravated. It is recommended to use a standard low internal resistance battery.
