🌟 2. Carefully Selected & True-to-Life Details

・All items are photographed in natural lighting to represent colors as accurately as possible (minor color variations may occur depending on screen displays).
・For pre-owned and vintage treasures, any unique characteristics or vintage charm are clearly noted. You are receiving a unique, carefully preserved piece of history!
📏 3. Precision Sizing
Measurements are taken flat with meticulous precision (please allow a slight 1-2 cm / 0.5-1 in variation).
⚡ 4. Voltage, Plug & Electrical Specifications
Japanese appliances and electronics are renowned worldwide for their exceptional quality and precision engineering. To ensure your device operates safely and lasts for years to come, please carefully review the following specifications:
・Voltage Compatibility: Products are manufactured strictly for Japanese voltage standards (90–110V). Operating the device on a different voltage without proper equipment can cause severe damage or malfunction.
・Plug Type: Our items feature standard Japanese plugs (Type A or B). A plug adapter may be needed to fit your local wall outlet.
・Transformers vs. Conversion Adapters:
- A step-down transformer adjusts the electrical voltage to match the device's requirements.
- A plug adapter only changes the physical prong shape and DOES NOT convert voltage.
- Using a plug adapter alone without a transformer on incompatible local voltage will likely burn out or damage the appliance.
・Liability Disclaimer: Please ensure proper equipment is used. We cannot be held liable for defects, short circuits, or damage resulting from improper voltage use or failure to utilize an appropriate voltage transformer.
📦 5. Safe, Express & Eco-Friendly Packaging
Your order will be protected using moisture-resistant, shock-absorbing materials and handled like a gift to yourself. Every shipment includes real-time end-to-end tracking so you can follow its safe journey straight to your door.
✈️ 6. Transparent Customs & Import Duties
To ensure a smooth delivery, items are cleared in accordance with international trade standards. Unless pre-collected at checkout by Joom, any local import duties or VAT are handled per your country's customs regulations.
