Product Introduction
The "Kenko PRO ND" series is a high-precision ND filter with excellent color reproduction. It features a special multi-layer coating on the surface applied using vacuum deposition technology.
The most important point of an ND filter is that it does not affect color. When reducing the amount of light entering the camera, all colors must be reduced evenly.
The "Kenko PRO ND" series has high neutral performance, providing a light reduction effect without color change when attached to the lens, and does not affect the colors of the image.
ND filters are mainly used for exposure adjustment when you want to slow down the shutter speed in bright environments, when you want to blur the background by opening the aperture, and for adjusting the shutter speed in relation to the frame rate during video recording. The thin frame design prevents the filter from appearing in the image even when used with wide-angle lenses.
The "PRO ND1000 N" is an ND1000 type that reduces light by the equivalent of 10 f-stops. Please use it for fine-tuning the amount of light.
It is not suitable for handheld shooting with the filter attached. Use this filter to adjust the light intensity during long exposures by fixing your camera to a tripod or similar device.
