[Synopsis] Surrounded by abundant nature, Morioh Town has been ranked high in the "Towns We Want to Live In" rankings for two consecutive years based on the results of the national census.
However, a third consecutive year may be impossible. This is because a series of mysterious deaths are currently occurring there...
Josuke, a high school sophomore who lives in this town, strides around town with his pompadour hairstyle. Although he has no father, he lives a contented life with his grandfather Ryohei, a police officer who has kept the peace in the town, and his beautiful mother, Tomoko. He's usually a gentle man, but he can't stand people making fun of his hairstyle. He uses his special ability, known as a Stand, to beat up those who get in his way. One day, Josuke encounters a robbery at a convenience store. He thinks quickly and helps the clerk, and uses his special ability to take the culprit's knife. The case seems solved, but the person pulling the strings behind the scenes is Angelo, also known as Yasujuro, a serial killer with an abnormal obsession with crime who has been responsible for a series of mysterious deaths. His plan is thwarted, and he feels intense anger towards Josuke. Eventually, a man calling himself Jotaro appears before Josuke. Josuke's biological father, Joseph Joestar, is Jotaro's grandfather. Those of us with Joestar bloodline are endowed with a special ability known as a Stand. What's more, there are other Stand users in town, and they are plotting to attack Josuke with naked malice... Josuke, who is happy with his current life, finds it difficult to accept the shocking truth Jotaro has told him. However, the situation does not allow for optimism. Angelo, a Stand user, attacks Josuke's house in a desire for revenge. As a result, Ryohei loses his life. Furthermore, not only his mother, but his classmate Koichi are also put in danger. His mission is to carry on the wishes of his grandfather, who loved his family and his town. Resolving to use his Stand for this purpose, Josuke enlists Jotaro's help and confronts Angelo. But a terrifying evil lurks beneath. What is the purpose of the mysterious brothers who are manipulating Angelo? Will peace return to Morioh Town? And what will Josuke's fate be?
