Each chewable capsule contains:
Concentrated Omega-3 Triglycerides - Fish 351 mg
Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 35.11 mg
Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 165 mg
Directions
Ages 2-5: Take 1 capsule daily. Punch and squeeze into water, juice, or cereal.
Ages 6-12: Take 1 capsule daily. Chew the entire capsule, or puncture and squeeze into water, juice, or cereal.
Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Do not swallow whole.
