The collar has ties on the sides to increase the opening of the collar but it does not work, they must be glued which makes the collar too small for my head so I request a refund

This is my love at first sight. I generally love things in this style, but this one exceeded all my expectations. The colors of the beads are so well chosen that they match clothes of almost any color. Very high quality item. I was very pleased with the simple length adjustment of the lace.
