The diamonds sent were for the design ordered yet the adhesive design to put diamonds onto was wrong one and it did not match the diamonds so neither are useable .... it was a gift for my ill mother and she waited for it to arrive to find she cant even do it. I have been offered half a refund for something that is not even fit for purpose and cause inconvenience/disappoint as now without.. and ive been told that to send the correct design so she can at least at some point in the future complete the one image she wants it's not an option, even with a full refund I now dont have confidence that waiting all that time for delivery she would even receive the correct image. Poor poor service joom. Very disappointed
