Felt is lightweight. There is a drawstring to reduce the size around the head, if necessary. A good hat. I had a similar one, so I ordered this one.
The beret was of no use. I couldn't put it on. I twisted it this way and that...nothing. It was interesting in shape and appearance...but it didn't suit me.
