Even if you can only see 4 in my pictures, there are 5 piercings in the pack (one went straight into my nose 😁) Not as easy to insert due to the flexibility of the silicone, but this is normal. Otherwise really top and, what was important for me, also wearable during operations, where otherwise all metal objects have to be put down because of the electro scalpel.
