The product arrived damaged from the box to the balls, I contacted customer service and showed through the photographs of the box taken from different points of view and the balls one by one damaged.. Then they asked me for the shipment number. Now they want videos of the box and the balls ... it's a process very long !!!!!

The box is very nice and delivered quickly, the scheduled delivery date was 09.11-24.11, and it was delivered just in time on 09.11. However, the balls themselves are very poorly glued: the pattern does not match, you can see the joints all over the ball, this was not shown on the website!
