The fabric is not warm, very thin, like flannel. The declared fleece, however, is nowhere near it. The quality of tailoring is poor - the seams are not finished, the threads stick out everywhere. I do not recommend to buy.
It fits a Jack Russell perfectly, on the neck and chest - perfect, the bottom is kind of flared - sticks out in different directions, so I didn't really like it...
