Who has a thin and not fluffy dog ββ- the neckline on the neck and on the bottom can be a bit wide, but we have a fluffy Sheltie, so she is even fine that the necklines are not pulled with an elastic band. For a 7.5 kg sheltie, size 20 is just what you need.
