Unfortunately it doesn't look nearly as magnificent as in the pictures. It is just a layer of tulle that has been sewn into a honeycomb to create the gathered effect. Unfortunately, it was not successful. The tulle is also very stiff; the lining underneath is totally crumpled. Even after a week of hanging freely, the structure of the tulle has not improved.
