Dr.Oetker offers you this two-tone springform springform pan: cream and pink.
This springform pan is of high quality thanks to its ceramic reinforcement. Non-stick properties are excellent. The hinge of our mold makes it easier for you to unmold : all you have to do is open the mold gently with the hinge and the cake will be unmolded!
This mold is ideal for making round cakes like cheesecakes. You can also use the bottom of the mold to serve and present your cake or dish.
Advice :
This springform pan is not dishwasher safe.
Do not cut directly into the mold and grease it before pouring the preparation into it.
Let the dish/cake cool for at least 10 minutes before unmolding.
Our mold is heat resistant up to 230°C.
The tray with high edges prevents any leakage during cooking.
