Orders #XMWJ65N euro 7,72 TEA and # WD7J3YNQ euro 5,00 SNACK NOT RECEIVED.  PAID ALSO EURO 5.96 PAID TO POSTE ITALIANE ON DELIVERY IN CASH.  IM ENCLOSING  PICTURES. REQUESTED REFUBDS FOR EURO 7,72 + EURO 4,00 + EURO 5,96 TOTAL TO BE REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT CARD EURO 17,68. Your immediated confirmation required. This is the third time Im not receiving the goods ordered and paid duty to Poste Italiane. Im very much concerned about my other order just left India. , and very angry for the bad follow up and management of the orders, im loosing time and money.
