It still helps with headaches. But I’m not gluing it under the ear (if I glued it under the ear as in the instructions, it didn’t help). For frontal headaches, I stick it on the upper left or right corner of the forehead, having first washed and dried the area to be glued.

A round can be glued exactly in the middle of the temple (if it hurts a little to the side already because of the hair it won’t work) ... but in general it didn’t help with a headache .... Just a herbal smell comes in - aromatherapy

Strong smell of camphor. I stuck it on my neck under my hair. After about 15 minutes the pain subsided.. Leaves no traces. Easy to stick and easy to remove.
