Item received was not the same as the photo advertised. Tried to get a refund and an address to return the item. First of all I was offered a percentage off which I did not want. Customer Services have messaged back and forth asking me to do different things, finally asking me to take photographic evidence that I have given the dress to a Charity before they will issue a refund!! Absolutely ridiculous and completely unreasonable. Didn’t try on dress as cheap and tacky.

The quality itself is not bad and the dress is not bad but it is not exactly as in the photos. In the photos it ends in a peak but in truth it is horizontal

It looks like a granny's dressing gown. There are not five buttons, but four, the cheapest ones, sewn on unevenly. The cape on the chest is short and not conical, but straight. If in the photo the print on the dress looks like an interesting accent, then in reality the cape does not hide it and the whole dress is motley and looks terrible.

The product is whole. But there is no size tag on the product. So whether this is the size that I ordered - I do not know. There is only one about the composition of the material. I ordered for 46-48. I don't know yet whether it corresponds to the size grid.
