Ingredients: white chocolate chips {cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier [lecithin (soy)], flavors}, whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed protein 6.8%, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.5%, whey protein isolate 1.1%, flavors, baking powder [raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), cornstarch], bamboo fibre, baking powder (sodium carbonates), sweetener (sucralose).

How to use:
Recommended use: Preheat oven to 180°.
Mix 1 serving (75 g = 4 heaping tablespoons) powder with 60 ml = 6 tablespoons and 10 g = 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Place on a muffin/cupcake tray and bake for 14 minutes. When it's done, take it out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.. This amount is enough for 3 muffins.
Can also be prepared with coconut oil or butter.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the compounds. Do not exceed recommended daily serving. Store in a dry and cool place. Protect from direct sunlight.
