The product received is of excellent quality with one fundamental defect. I did not receive what I ordered, I ordered a profile with a trapezoidal cross-section, instead it arrived with a triangular cross-section. It's not good for what I want to use it for. I have already sent the requested information to the customer service, with the note that I am not requesting a refund, but the ordered product. I'm still waiting for the answer!
