Do not order this phone from this seler or fro. Joom site because it doesen't match description,front camera it not 32 MP it 8.1 and i check with 3 App( DevCheck,Aida64 and HW and front camera show me same MP 8.1 and not 32...i report to joom and tehnical department ask me to send them 3 video with prove i send them and they don't want to find solution...do not order they are scamers u lose ur time! Working with hands on security and have used several rugged phones before. Used this for almost 3 months and this is my verdict. I thought it would be to big and a lot worse technically. Actually the best rugged phone I have ever used. Before I used rugged phone at work and a high end Android as civilian. The KingKong 9 I use all the time. Only downside is the camera.
In description says photo Camera is 100 megapixel's, i can say is much less (worst) then the actual photo Camera on which i have only 64 megapixel's!!! The colors are very bad on the Camera! Very disappointed 😞!!!
For this price it's a good smartphone but unfortunately there is no manual but the quick start guide. The first time I bought an electronic item and there is no user guide available
