Flux paste is an improved version of pine rosin. Has organic and inorganic additives. Indispensable for BGA soldering, reballing and general soldering with an IR station, hair dryer or soldering iron. Suitable for lead and lead-free solders. Flux residues form a polymeric insulating film, which is an additional protection of the soldering point from oxidation..
