Something is wrong with the MRZ player... It turns on and off at will... :-(

The product is not of good quality. Listening time too short compared to a charging time too long. No headphones, no Bluetooth and no touch screen. No radio. Request for refund to buy another more reliable one. Thank you for your understanding. I request to be reimbursed the sum of € 17.13. Thank you for your understanding.

The MP3 player is totally scratched and you can't read the display. I am very disappointed and will not order anything from you again. Please let me know if I can get a refund.

The player doesn't work at all, it's some kind of scam. Out of the four players ordered, 2 work, and even those aren't great. So, I've thrown money away. This player doesn't recognize the card, doesn't connect to the PC, I can't do anything even by pressing the buttons on it, and I can't get into the menu. Who and why sells such junk?
