The steamer arrived damaged. The order took more than a month to arrive, and the packaging leaves much to be desired – a thin backing and a packaging polyethylene bag. The bottom is deformed, one of the tiers is also deformed. A piece has broken off the lid. So it cannot be used. There is no airtight fit of the parts. For disposal.

The steamer itself was nice, but it arrived bent. The lid and the sieve are bent. And you can't straighten them, the plastic will crack. Thank you to the support team, they resolved the issue. The money was returned.

The box arrived dented, so I tried to straighten out the contents with a deep dent, but it didn’t work out very well.
