The product is of good to very good quality, but I would have liked to have a spare battery. The battery that comes with the flashlight is not a standard 18350 type battery, which can be found relatively easily, but an 18350A type battery that has other dimensions and characteristics. I couldn't find this one on the website to be able to order it. I will keep looking because if the current battery no longer lasts, the product becomes unusable. For this reason I rated the product 4 out of 5. In addition, the order was submitted on November 1, but I only received it yesterday, November 26. It seems a bit long compared to the delivery time of other orders. However, I thank the seller for the efforts made because I know that small inconveniences cannot always be avoided. Last but not least, I thank Joom because, beyond any inconvenience, it provides quality services.

As ordered. Perfect usb c connector. Comes in a box with its battery and cable. For once the box was not crushed when it arrived in my mailbox.

The product is good, works as I wanted. It shines brightly, the size is compact, the weight is small, but significant (not light). There is no distance adjustment of the light, but such a function was not declared.

The flashlight does not turn on. When installing the battery, the LEDs flash and go out. The flashlight does not work. How can I return the money or a working flashlight???

The magnets on the end had to be glued, they don’t hold on by themselves, they remain on the surface to which you lean them

The size is 110 mm × 30 mm, the order was for 80 mm × 30 mm, the battery does not fit 18350, but 18650 is needed.

Lamp is 110 mm, should be 80 mm and battery is too short for that, what now?
