Packaging was excessive for the product and the item took 2 months to arrive. It came 2 days before the warranty ended... if I'm told something is due in late November, I expect to get it in late November, not late December. However, the package was in good condition and nothing was missing.

The product took a long time but was in very good condition, everything included, even the gift photocard. It was the first one I bought on Joom and although at first I was scared because time passed and I didn't know about my package, it finally arrived.
The order arrived in 3 months and was damaged!!! I also received a free photocard as a gift and a thank you card
It arrived a little late and didn't have the advantage of having been purchased ahead of time, but other than that it was in good condition and the album is great!
the album is just great, but it was on the road for almost 2 months (judging by the trackers in Joomla), it was not tracked at all, but again, the album itself is simply amazing<3
