I have an Android with Type C, so I chose the right plug for my device and it fit all gadgets with type C socket. A choice of connectors: Micro, Type-c, IOS. This was ordered for an iPhone 8 and does not work. Not sure if it's the wrong magnetic part as it only has contacts on one side. Please explain I also ordered another one with 3 magnetic ends and none of them fit either I have taken a video as requested. This was a black cable that arrived though as colour was not important I didn't mention it. As you can see I did the video as requested. Strangely once I tried the cable etc from o/no 99PJ59N4 it worked on the i phone this time - (silver cable with 3 magnetic ends ) so that one I will keep. There still remains the issue with the black cable and I phone magnetic end from this order that dies not work. The first cable is the standard I phone cable with contacts on both sides that was already in possession

Its not a fast charging cable as advertised. But instead of destroying a perfect good product i would prefer to return it for a full refund or at least have the option. But no.. Instead it must be the complete dedtruction of the product while recording it? That just doesn't make sense. Returning the product while Joom advises and warns the seller would be far more appropriate. Joom.. What about the option of returning the product and the seller paying the shipping costs?. Now that makes sense..
