I have bought from this store before and everything was perfect and great, I just had bad luck. I recommend the store, what I bought arrived well and they always put a little detail in the package.. It was held up in customs for almost 2 months and they required all kinds of documentation, it was a via crucis. Afterwards they saw that everything was correct and sent it to my home. The album was super well wrapped and protected, it had its original packaging so it is not the store's fault but a factory defect. When I opened it I saw that the closing plates were broken, Joom has refunded me for that.
