I have not received my item, even though the tracking status indicates it was delivered. I visited my local post office to verify, but they confirmed that no package under my name had been received. It appears that the shipment was handled by Nova Poshta, a company with consistently poor reviews and numerous complaints from customers regarding lost or stolen parcels. Given their track record, it is concerning that they are not taking responsibility for these issues. I would appreciate further clarification and assistance in resolving this matter.
Confusing product pictures. This is not an ultrasonic cleaner that you fill with water. This is just a UV cleaner. Which is pointless on its own since most ultrasonic cleaners already include UV cleaning.
The product is of poor quality and not suitable for devices rated up to 20A
