And where are its documents? The box is empty. I think there are problems with charging at 20V type-c and why did it drop to 0 charge? At 65% charge. There are quality issues. When charging, there is a smell of plastic, either from the power adapter - which is heating up, or from the power bank itself. When charging at 12V, it heats up less - but other power banks don't have this problem at all.
