the shoes are unwearable - too tight and much too small

The ordered size 37 fits exactly on a foot size 37. The fullness of the shoes is normal, they will be too wide for a narrow foot. Since the fabric is stretch, we believe that they will stretch further. In principle, they are comfortable, now is not the season, we will see how it goes.
