Happy with design and quality when taking into account price is OK, This item in size M was very small, I would say close to UK XS size. I've had to reorder as XL (which hopefully isn't too big). Overall customer service is good. I was received an immediate refund for the one that was too small. I'm confident to use Joom website going forward.
