Unfortunately, the delivered item is not as ordered. Black color was ordered; white was delivered.. Furthermore, the insulating material was supposed to be liquid. It is not liquid. It is a thick mass that cannot even be squeezed out of the tube.. It is not possible to apply it to the electrical wire. This is a dried-out mass, unsuitable for application (it does not stick).. Please refund the money, including the shipping costs, which is PLN 25.10. Jerzy Gołąbek
