The Salathe combines the traction and maneuverability of an approach shoe, the protection and support of a hiking boot, and the comfort of a trail runner.. Like the Half Dome, the secret to this new evolution is the toe-to-toe lacing system combined with a new comfort-focused, functional last and elastic overlays on the foot. (no tongues here). Peculiarities:
