Usage Instructions
It is recommended to wear the shoes properly as folding the heel can harm the heel reinforcements.
Be cautious when walking on marble or wet surfaces as slipping may occur.
Precautions
- For high-heeled shoes, please be extra careful while wearing them as instability can cause you to fall and get injured.
- As of current dyeing technologies, 100% prevention of color transfer is not possible. Shoes made from natural leather or materials with a risk of color transfer may discolor due to moisture, sweat, and friction, so caution is advised when wearing white or light-colored socks or clothing.
- Wearing shoes in oily or fire-prone environments can cause deformation or fire spread.
- Please store shoes at appropriate temperature and humidity, and do not dry shoes under direct sunlight or heat; air dry them in the shade after wetting.
- Avoid wearing during rain. If worn, please use waterproof spray.
- Do not wash the shoes. Use an appropriate cleaner for shoe stains based on the material.
- Small parts may fall off and pose a choking hazard; please be cautious.
- Take care to prevent the shoes from getting caught in escalators.
- Do not place in the mouth as phthalate plasticizers can leach out.
- Always check the handling instructions label inside the product and follow the guidance.
Warranty Information
- Warranty Period: 6 months from the purchase date (textile products) / 12 months (leather products)
- Repairs beyond the warranty period or due to consumer errors will incur charges.
