The left earbud sometimes works, sometimes not. The headphones were dropped twice, and one of the earbuds came completely apart, as did the capsule. After easily putting them back together, they continue to work. I have been using the headphones for 4 months, and I am satisfied with the price/quality. Thank you!

Not so good. For example, with Noise Cancelling, it doesn't recognize that the earbuds are in the ear. No AppleCare or anything else. Packaging arrived somewhat damaged and is not original.
