I never received my order although the order is marked "delivered" I can no longer access my customer area What should I do?

Received well. Like in the photos, however it goes off course quickly. I have trouble drawing a straight line, it deviates on its own.

Of all the pencils, only the green one (with the wavy line) draws normally, the others smudge and don't color in properly. I hope they break in.
