I loved this bag, that was why I bought it and it was lovely when it first arrived, but within a week, one of the main zips broke off. I emailed seller to organise an exchange, instead they offered 50% refund and to keep the bag. I replied no that wasn't what I wanted because I couldn't find the same bag anywhere else, I wanted a replacement as the bag was no use if I couldn't zip it up. They totally ignored me an issued a full refund. I was fully prepared to send this one bag, but clearly they weren't listening, so I would not recommend this seller!
