Very bad quality... I didn't expect to receive this. I sent photos to customer service asking for a refund to my bank account since these boots will be thrown away. They are unrecoverable. Thank you for your understanding, hoping to be refunded quickly. I specify that I worked for several years in a shoe factory and that we never manufactured poor quality shoes. You have assigned points to the balance of my boots. How do I order?

The boots are constructed of thin plastic Plastic soles which make them slippery As for being small, my foot doesn't fit through the shaft of the boots, making it impossible to put them on.. They are sent inside a bag which ended up causing damage to the heel of the right boot.
