I bought this thing for under a dress. My height is 176 cm, bottom size 50, top 44-46. It turned out great. What I want to note. This item is not suitable for those who need to adjust and tuck a lot. It has no boning, no support whatsoever. But it will shape if you have small love handles, slightly deepen the waist. Overall, in my opinion, you should take 1-2 sizes smaller than your size, well, for a tight knit, for example. I want to note that it probably won't suit those who have very soft and large legs. The shorts are right in the middle of the thigh, if the legs are large, it will create a roll.
