Wasted money.! The solar panel doesn't appear to be charging, because it doesn't blink at night, it blinks when connected to USB.
The item was very much liked, it works. I ordered it for my "Swallow". Thank you for the fast delivery, they even overtook Tema, because
I can't say anything yet, the light is on, but I had to charge it. There was no sun, so I had to charge it.
The little device is without a battery, requires wiring to be installed, which is not very convenient.

Flashes well, charges from the sun during the day, flashes at night like an alarm
