The glass vase arrived completely broken. Transportation in soft foam, completely crushed. The package was packed in a polyethylene bag. Question to the supplier, how can you send glass items in soft packaging?

Received everything whole, the vases are packed excellently. The knife disappointed me, I had already bought one for my son - the handle was red wood color, and now a gray one arrived. Haven't tried the sharpener yet.
