Product Usage: Use once a day for 30 minutes. For best results, use the entire kit. Use up to 2 kits per year.Peel: Peel the white strip from the protective liner.Apply: Using a mirror, attach the gel side of the strip to your front teeth. Align the straight edge of the strip with your gum line. Fold it over the teeth and press to secure it. SMILE: Peel from the back of the teeth for easy removal.Additional usage information: We do not recommend brushing your teeth immediately after applying the strips.

If you need or have had dental procedures or have had stains from medications, ask your dentist if whitening is appropriate for you. Crest 3D Whitestrips™ are a product that adheres well to your teeth. Do not use on loose teeth, prosthetics, braces, etc. Crest 3D Whitestrips™ whiten only your original teeth.
