Product usage: Use once a day for 30 minutes. For perfect results, use the entire kit. You may use up to two kits per year.Peel: Peel the white strip from the protective liner.Apply: While looking in the mirror, apply the gel side of the strip to the front of your teeth. Align the straight edge of the strip with your gum line. Fold over the teeth and press to secure. SMILE: Easy to remove by peeling from behind the teeth.Additional usage information: It is best not to brush your teeth immediately before using the strips.
Ingredients: PVP, PEG-8, purified water, hydrogen peroxide, acrylate copolymer, sodium hydroxide, sodium saccharin.

Teeth sensitivity and uncomfortable gums: All whitening The product may cause tooth sensitivity and/or gum discomfort. It usually appears mildly. This is temporary and not harmful. If you experience tooth sensitivity or gum discomfort, discontinue use for 2-3 days and then try again. If problems persist, discontinue use. If you need or have had dental procedures or have had stains from medications, ask your dentist if whitening is appropriate for you. Crest 3D Whitestrips™ are a product that adheres well to your teeth. Do not use on loose teeth, prosthetics, braces, etc. Crest 3D Whitestrips™ whiten only your original teeth. Strips will not whiten caps, crowns, veneers, fillings or dentures. Store in a cool place. You can use it by the date written on the package.
